The first product to result from this collaboration is a light-powered door window sensor – a smart, self-charging solution designed to enhance home automation and security systems. Featuring a slim, discreet profile enabled by Powerfoyle’s customizable design, the sensor blends seamlessly into door and window frames. By harnessing both indoor and outdoor light through Exeger’s Powerfoyle technology, it eliminates the need for battery replacements, offering a sustainable, maintenance-free experience. The sensor alerts users when a door or window is opened and can trigger customizable actions within a smart home ecosystem. It was first unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2025 in Las Vegas.
