Introduction

This privacy notice is published by Exeger Operations AB, with org. no. 559073-6806 (hereafter referred to as Exeger)

When you visit our webpage, create an account or contacts us in any way, we use and process your personal data. We care about your privacy and protecting the personal data processed by us. In this notice we explain how we are processing your personal data, the activities that this may involve, the purpose and legal basis for processing, how long we keep you data and your rights. Exeger is the controller of the personal data collected from you. This means Exeger is responsible for defining the purpose for processing your personal data and for compliance with data protection law and regulation. EXEGER’S PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Below we describe how we collect and use your personal data, our processing activities, their purpose and the legal basis for these activities.

Creating and logging into your account
When you create an account with Exeger we process personal data such as name, company, e-mail, phone number, work related address and IP address. The information is necessary for us to manage and administrate your account and improve our webpage and consumer services. The legal basis for this processing activity is to perform the contract in conjunction with the account being created.

When you are logged in to your account may we track your movement on the web page such as pages you visit on our site and when, purchases and what documents you download. The purpose of this tracking is to be able to assist you and improve you experience and accessibility on the web page. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest to manage and improve our web page and provide customer service. We do not track this information for marketing purposes.

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account with Exeger and for a short period after. If you have not logged in to your account for 2 years, we will delete your account and associated personal data.

Contacting or visiting Exeger
When you are in contact with us, visits us or otherwise occur in connection with our engagements, we may process your personal data.

When you visit our office we register your information, such as name, e-mail and employer/company, in a visitor management system. When you contact us via e-mail or our web form we also collect the personal data that you provide, such as name, title, phone number, e-mail, work related address, id number, invoicing information and other information you choose to provide. The information is managed and stored so that we can facilitate your visit and contact you regarding your request. The legal basis for these processing activities is our legitimate interest to operate and manage our business.

We will keep your data regarding your visit until the visit is over and a period after. For data regarding communication with Exeger, either via e-mail or through our web forms, we will keep your data until we have responded to you request and a short period after that.

Subscribing to press releases and newsletters
When you subscribe to our newsletter and our press releases we process your personal data, namely your e-mail address. The processing is necessary for us to administrate your subscription and send you the information. The legal basis for this processing activity is to perform the contract in conjunction with the subscription being taken out.

We will keep your data for as long as you subscribe to our newsletter and our press releases.

Applying for position with Exeger
When you submit a job application or a declaration of interest to opportunities at Exeger, we process data such as name, contact details, age and CV, that you share with us. Note that in some instances we may have a legal obligation to retain certain personal data for longer periods than described above. In such cases we retain the data for as long as we are legally obliged.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY

When you visit our web page we collect certain information by automated means using cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when visiting a web page. When you first visit a website, a cookie is sent to your device that identifies your browser. By using cookies, you help us improve the functionality of our web page as they are important to reduce download time and improve your user experience.

Visits to our website can be made without the visitor having to provide any personal data or accept cookies, other than necessary cookies.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS?

Your personal data will be processed by Exeger. The data will only be shared with our services providers when reasonably necessary, for them to be able to perform their tasks to us, such as cloud services providers. Service providers may only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes. We may also share your personal data with others when you agree to this and with public authorities and governments, when required by law, regulation, legal processor enforceable governmental requests.

We have implemented necessary and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from loss and to guard against unauthorised access and all services providers are obliged to have the same safeguards in place.

Below follows a description of your rights regarding our processing of your personal data. You are welcome to contact us to exercise your rights (see contact information below).

Right to withdraw consent and objects to the processing
Where we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Where we process your data based on a legitimate interest in doing so, you have a right to object to this.

Right to access
You have the right to request information about what personal data we process about you and how that data is being processed. You may request this information in a compiled register extract.

Right to rectification and deletion
You have the right to have data that is incorrect or no longer necessary for the purpose of the processing, corrected or deleted. In some instances, your right to deletion might be limited, for example if we have a legal obligation to retain the data.

Right to data portability
In some instances, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, where the processing is based on your consent or on an agreement between us.

Right to restriction
Under some circumstances you have the right to request that we limit our processing of your personal information. This means that we mark the information so that we will only continue processing for certain purposes.
