Our HR team is looking for our next Talent Acquisition Partner to secure Exeger’s future with top-class talents!
About the job
We are growing – for the coming years we have an aggressive hiring plan. Therefore we need a Talent mastermind who has a strong passion for Talent Acquisition and thrives in a fast – paced environment. Recruitment is one of Exeger top priorities and as a TA Partner you are responsible for our talent attraction strategies and recruitment processes.
You will peer with another TA Partner and together you will improve processes and ways of working, as well as educate and collaborate with stakeholders. As a TA Partner you work both strategically and operationally. You own the full lifecycle of sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates to find the most suitable candidates to join us. You will develop hiring plans, analyse the needs of the organization and provide forecasts for recruitment. The TA team also is responsible for the onboarding and offboarding processes.
In addition, you will be the TA Partner who has the responsibility for our Employer Brand, on a strategic as weill as on an operational level.
About the team
The team is a multidisciplinary group of great minds who all work to make sure we move the organization in the right direction. As a team we share knowledge and support each other in different projects, even though we all have our own focus areas and responsibilities. You report directly to the HR-director and have TA Partners with similar responsibilities.
What about you then?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have extensive experience from a similar role, preferably from a fast growing company. You have broad experience from attracting, sourcing and recruiting for different positions such as engineers, tech or similar roles. You also have some experience from working with Employer branding on both a strategic as well operational level. If you have worked in an international environment, it’s a plus.
You are data driven and have a strong competence for how to work proactively.
You understand the importance of diversity & inclusion and work strategically to improve this matter. You are self-driven with a collaborative approach, and you have a strong ability to engage others around you.
