APRIL 26, 2024 – STOCKHOLM – Exeger (www.exeger.com), the Swedish deep-tech company behind the revolutionary solar cell technology Powerfoyle™, today announces that Mr Sixten Jansson will take on the role of Chief Manufacturing Officer. Sixten’s employment with Exeger will start on August 12.
Sixten has over twenty years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing and operations from both the paper making and advanced printing industry, most recently as Managing Director at Crane AB part of Crane Currency.

As we are swiftly expanding the production capacity of Stockholm II, Sixten’s extensive leadership experience will play a key role in shaping the future for Exeger.”

Over the last year, Exeger signed world leading customers, including Vusion Group, 3M, Kapsch, and the world’s largest computer peripherals company. Stockholm II, Exeger’s second factory, started to manufacture solar cell for customers, creating a redundancy in manufacturing. They raised 55 MEUR with a combination of a loan from the EIB and equity funding to swiftly increase capacity at Stockholm II. Earlier this year, Exeger launched six products at CES 2024 with new and existing customers, as well as the Powerfoyle version of the Vusion EdgeSense digital shelf system during NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show.
