Exeger makes directed share issue of SEK 100 million

Exeger Sweden AB (publ) (“The Company”) has made a directed share issue of 653,594 shares at subscription price SEK 153 per share, corresponding to SEK 100 million, to the Stena group’s investment company Stena Sessan AB. In conjunction with the issue of these new shares, Stena Sessan AB has also purchased 459,260 shares from registered insiders in the Company. This allows Exeger to continue with its massive investment in Powerfoyle, a solar cell technology that can be integrated with various products and materials to generate greatly improved battery life in outdoor as well as indoor environments.

With this transaction, the number of shares in the Company increases to 42,458,658 and Stena Sessan AB’s ownership to 1,112,854 shares or 2.62%.
