As Exeger continues to evolve, we are strengthening our Finance organization to support a business with increasing complexity, higher ambitions, and growing demands on financial follow-up, governance, and decision support. As part of this development, we are introducing a Finance Controller role, representing an important step in how Finance supports leadership, performance management, and informed decision-making across the organization.
At the same time, we are recruiting an Accountant to join the team in a well-established role with clear responsibilities and strong foundations. This position offers an opportunity to work together with colleagues and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our accounting processes and ways of working.
Exeger operates at the intersection of manufacturing and research-driven innovation. This creates a finance environment where accounting, reporting, and financial analysis support both production-related processes and research-intensive activities. Experience from manufacturing and/or R&D-focused organizations is therefore particularly relevant for these roles.
We are looking for two finance professionals who combine strong technical expertise and accuracy with curiosity, initiative, and the ambition to take an active role in developing a modern, business-oriented finance function
ACCOUNTANT
In this role, you will work broadly with core accounting processes while supporting a developing business with accurate, structured, and reliable financial information. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Finance as well as with stakeholders across the organization
YOU WILL DO
* Day-to-day accounting, including postings, reconciliations, and follow-up
* Monthly closings and supporting documentation
* Invoicing, cost follow-up, and inventory accounting
* Financial analysis and reporting to support the business* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of accounting processes and routines
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You hold a degree in accounting or finance and have a few years of experience in accounting, preferably from a manufacturing and/or research-intensive organization. You are structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a collaborative mindset and a clear sense of responsibility for your work.
You are comfortable working in Excel and enjoy turning financial data into clear and useful insights. Experience with Monitor ERP is an advantage. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required
FINANCE CONTROLLER
In this more senior role, you will play a key part in strengthening Exeger’s financial governance, performance follow-up, and reporting. You will work independently within your area of responsibility while collaborating closely with Finance colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
YOU WILL DO
* Lead and contribute to monthly closings, reconciliations, and consolidation
* Financial performance follow-up, analysis, and reporting
* Support management and stakeholders with financial insights and decision-making material
* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting frameworks
* Contribute to the continued development of financial structures, processes, and reporting models
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
