YOU WILL DO
In this senior position, you will take ownership of core financial control and performance management processes, ensuring high quality analysis, reporting, and compliance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Leading monthly closing activities, reconciliations, consolidation and annual reports
– Driving financial performance follow‑up, KPI analysis, and forecasting
– Preparing financial reports and management presentations
– Developing and implementing new tools, routines, and reporting structures within the Finance function
– Supporting the business with analysis, scenario modeling, and decision‑making
– Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting frameworks and internal policies
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is ready to help build and elevate a new function. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy creating clarity from complexity, and are motivated by establishing robust processes in a growing organization.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
– Several years of experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar senior finance role
– Strong knowledge of IFRS and K3
– Experience in financial planning and analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making
– Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
– Solid experience from a manufacturing or industrial company is an advantage
– Experience with Monitor ERP and/or Cognos Controller is beneficial but not required
– Able to drive work forward independently while working closely with colleagues across the organization when needed
