EXEGER MAKES A FURTHER DIRECTED NEW SHARE ISSUE

On April 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of Exeger Sweden AB (publ) passed a decision to issue 189,688 new shares. The Board of Director’s decision was made by use of the mandate previously received from the General Meeting. The new shares are issued at a price of SEK 160 per share as a continuation of the previous round to existing shareholders and affiliated parties. Through the new issue, SEK 30.4 million in total has been contributed to the company.

Exeger makes a further directed new share issue

On April 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Exeger Sweden AB (publ) passed a decision to issue 375,000 new shares. The Board of Director’s decision was made by use of the mandate previously received from the General Meeting. The new shares are issued at a price of SEK 160 per share as a continuation of the previous round to existing shareholders and affiliated parties. Through the new issue, SEK 60 million in total has been contributed to the company.

Exeger divests its share in Mayht

Exeger today announces that is has participated in a transaction whereby the entire share capital of Mayht Holding B.V. has been sold to Sonos Inc. Exeger Operations AB held approximately 4 percent of the outstanding shares in Mayht Holding B.V. For further details, please see the announcement from Sonos.

MARCH 31, 2022

Exeger makes a directed new share issue

On March 15, 2022, the Board of Directors of Exeger Sweden AB (publ) passed a decision to issue up to 1,118,125 new shares. The Board of Director’s decision was made by use of the mandate previously received from the General Meeting. The new shares are issued at a price of SEK 160 per share to existing shareholders and affiliated parties to raise capital to support the Exeger group and allow for continued development and expansion throughout the currently uncertain macro climate. Through the new issue, SEK 178.9 million in total will be contributed to the company, with SEK 123.9 million paid on or before the date hereof and SEK 55 million to be paid no later than by July 15, 2022.
